Brian Enyeart

Matt Horne is the head of business development for Fidelity Digital Asset Management at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. In this role, Mr. Horne is responsible for business development where he collaborates with investors to help navigate the emerging digital asset space and manage digital assets alongside their broader portfolio of investments. He has held various roles across Fidelity’s asset management business and distribution channels, helping to launch and build out Fidelity’s ETF business.


Emil Iantchev

Emil Iantchev is a team leader in the Asset Allocation Research team (AART) at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. AART resides within Fidelity’s Asset Management Solutions division, an integrated investment, distribution, and client service organization dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the institutional marketplace. In this role, Mr. Iantchev leads a team of research analysts for the Asset Allocation Research Team, which conducts economic, fundamental, and quantitative research to develop asset allocation recommendations for Fidelity’s portfolio managers and investment teams. AART is responsible for analyzing and synthesizing investment perspectives across Fidelity’s asset management unit to generate insights on macroeconomic and financial market trends and their implications for asset allocation

Jennifer Tribush

Jennifer Tribush is the Head of Global Product Solutions for Fidelity Investments, her team is responsible for the implementation of new investment vehicles, execution of transition solutions, and oversight of fund events supporting all asset management divisions and distribution channels. She is also leading the alternatives product strategy and execution. Prior to joining Fidelity, Jennifer was at State Street Corporation where she led serval product teams, most notably as the Global Head of Product for the Alternatives Segment. She was also the Head of Alternatives Sector Solutions for the Americas for the firm’s premier hedge fund and private equity clients. She was also the Global Co-chair for the Professional Women’s Network. Before joining State Street Corporation, she served as a Global Relationship and Sales Manager for Investor Services at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH). During her tenure at BBH, Jennifer also managed the custody operations for some of the firm’s largest and most complex client relationships. Jennifer began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their International Financial Advisory Services, specializing in expatriate tax and compensation equalization. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Villanova University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Babson College. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and the Series 7 & 63 securities designations. Jennifer serves on CAIA’s Boston board and previously served on the executive board of BUILD Boston, whose mission is to use entrepreneurship to spark the potential of young people from under-resourced communities and propel them to high school, college and career success.
